1. High level of technology

The hole at the bottom of the storage tank is put into the tank as a whole, and a hole suitable for the shape of heater is opened at the bottom of the storage tank, so that the welding, assembly, heat treatment, pressing and experiment of the whole heater are carried out in the workshop, and then the heater loaded into the tank as a whole.

2. Easy to repair, easy to install

The pin tube heater itself is compact in structure, and there is a slide on the bottom of the heater or a beam on the wall of the tank, which is convenient for pushing and withdrawing the heater as a whole. Once the heater has problems, simply loosen the bolt that connect the tank with the heater, and then the heater can be taken out of the tank for maintenance.

3. The installation location is easy to arrange

The heater is installed at the inlet and outlet with the highest heating efficiency, and it is also convenient to control the oil temperature at the inlet and outlet. The pin tube heater can be conveniently placed at inlet and outlet of the tank.

4. Easy to drain, not easy to accumulate water

Because the single tube of the pin tube heater is very short, if it is necessary to vent the water in the tube, the water can be drained through the drain valve on the head of the heater outside the tank to avoid freezing the pipeline in cold weather and avoiding the heater is damaged by water hammer caused by water accumulation when steam is re-introduced.

5. Solved the problem that the heater area is too large

The heater heats the oil or chemical raw materials. If the area is too large, even if the tube bundle is long and many, the overall extraction is difficult, and a pulley can be installed on the heater support portion to facilitate to push or draw out of the heater.
